TROUBLESHOOTING ADVICE AFTER EXPEDITION
Wine comes from nature, therefore it can be compared with a living being. It breathes, it is afraid of extreme temperatures, long distances upset it. Once arrived at destination it must stand. On its arrival at your cellar, please bear in mind the following advice and you will appreciate its flavour even more.
Remember to handle it with care and let it stand for at least one day, or even two or three, in an airy but dark room at a normal temperature. It must stand up, don't lay it down, because lambrusco is a sparkling wine that has to be drunk joung. When you open it , please don't shake it excessively as the froth will otherwise come out and try to be either near a sink or a container capable of collecting any uncontrollable wine coming out. And remember that a bottle of wine drunk in good company is a unique pleasure.
