One century ago lambrusco was made according to a ritual of simple but extremely natural techniques. Even today the Cantina Mazzi e Tasselli proposes these techniques again with the chance of savouring flavours and scents again, which have already been lost. The choice of strictly biological grapes and the hand crafted and limited production are key ingredient to a very peculiar and fascinating lambrusco.
